2. (10) Name and describe the three (3) distinguishing features of a chordate. Also list at least 3 other characteristics that all chordates have in common.
 
3. (10) Draw three (3) labeled diagrams showing the difference between an acoelomate, a pseudocoelomate and a eucoelomate. Be sure to label the 3 different tissue layers and the cavities. For each, list 2 phyla that have that structure.

 

Identification (30 points) This section consists of 12-16 stations each with 1-3 questions. Observe the organisms at each of the stations and answer the questions indicated next to the sample. Below are a few samples using photos. The exam with have microscopes with slides and lab specimens for most.
